do we need a window sticker to tell consumers that we are covered by the ombudsman service?

Until November 2007, the complaints-handling rules published as part of the Financial Services Authority's Handbook – in the section called Dispute Resolution: complaints – required a business to display a notice showing that it was covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.

As an option, we produced a window sticker that businesses could choose to use, to show that they were covered by the Financial Ombudsman service. Since the Dispute Resolution: complaints rules were amended in November 2007, we no longer supply these stickers.
