is it true that some cases are free?
We do not currently charge a business for the first three cases we deal with each year.
"Free" cases were introduced in recognition of the fact that most businesses have very few disputes referred to us each year – and so do not have to pay case fees. This approach has been welcomed by the financial services industry, especially by smaller businesses.
