Our leaflet, your complaint and the ombudsman – as required under the ombudsman rules – is available in packs of 25 at £5 per pack (including postage and packaging).
You will need to download and complete our order form and send it to us with a cheque. You can also pay by BACS, debit card and credit card.
Supplies are free to public libraries and consumer advice agencies such as citizens advice bureaux and trading standards departments.
